Exchange and Credit Note Policy

At BANDOWAYS, we strive to provide you with high-quality streetwear that reflects your unique style and attitude. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, an item might not be exactly what you expected. Therefore, we have developed a clear and fair exchange and credit note policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchange and Credit Note Conditions

1. Eligibility:
- You may request an exchange or a credit note within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
- No Returns: We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Exchanges and credit notes are available for eligible items.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange or credit notes.
- Personal items such as underwear, socks, or accessories are not eligible for exchange or credit notes for hygiene reasons.

3. Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team at help@bandoways.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Please provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
- You may exchange your item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a credit note.

4. Credit Note:
- If you prefer not to exchange, or if the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for the full amount of the item.
- Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
- Credit notes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

6. Processing Time:
- Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
- You will be notified via email once your exchange has been processed or your credit note has been issued.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at help@bandoways.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a credit note.
